They provide students with hands-on industry exposure, practical skill development, and an understanding of workplace culture. Internships also enhance employability by building confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, preparing students for future careers and higher education opportunities.

The Ideate and Invent program helps students by encouraging them to think creatively, identify real-life problems, and design innovative solutions. It nurtures logical reasoning, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, while building confidence and preparing them to become future innovators and changemakers.
